Uncle Henry always brought this incredibly moist and flavorful cake to every holiday. He was gracious enough to share the recipe with me which I tweaked a little to make it my own and am now sharing with you. Lemon cake, topped with a powdered sugar, lemon juice & zest glaze. Garnished with a candied lemon slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
